FAQ
What time are the daily live sessions? 7AM - 7:45AM EDT Daily + bonus sessions. You will receive detailed schedule upon registration.
Where do these sessions take place? Virtually Live on Zoom + Replay anytime in our Practice Portal. This means you can practice from anywhere (as long as you have wifi) and anytime, by opening your phone or computer and playing the video.
What can I expect in a daily session? A powerful sequence of light yoga, deep kundalini breathwork, mantra meditation and visualization.
What if the live session times don’t work for me? No problem! You can practice whenever is best for you by watching the replay sessions.
Will I still benefit from the group energy If I cannot attend live? 100%. This is a quantum field of energy and we will be connecting and supporting each other outside of time and space constraints.
Do I need to attend all sessions? No, pace yourself as you wish. However, the 41 consecutive days of practice will be the most powerful experience
Do I need any previous experience with kundalini yoga or meditation to enjoy this program? No. Pritam Siri Daily is open to all levels, all bodies, all ages. No previous experience is required.
Are men allowed to join? Yes! This program is open to all genders.
